Hilarious Hijinx

The laughs keep coming in this 5th book in the Lacey Luzzi series. Lacey and Meg are off on a girl’s weekend away at her grandfathers cabin by the lake, but between her grandmothers matchmaking and a dead body in the trunk of her car, things aren’t quite going to plan! Misadventures are a plenty and hilarity ensues... and oh my Meg doing kareoke - need I say more!!!

I voluntarily reviewed an advanced copy of this book.

Ohhh, Anthony and Lacey are (finally) a couple, Lacey's on a girl's weekend with Meg, and Carlos has asked her to find any local gossip. What could possibly go wrong?

Another great book. A “relaxing” girls vacation with a dead body, and three male visitors. Anthony shows up to protect Lacey, crazy things keep happening including a double kidnapping. Lacey sure does keep us on our toes :)

Loved it! I think I may have said this with my review from the last book, but each book gets better and better. It's filled with hilarious and sometimes overly outrageous antics and shenanigans, with just enough soft and mushy bits to balance things out. :) It's been compared to Janet Evanovich's Stephanie Plum series (which I love,) and the earlier books reflected that more, but as you get into the series, it's starting to spread it's wings and become its own! =) I'm enjoying watching Lacey and Anthony's relationship blossom. And finding out that the man is not perfect. :D As always, I look forward to the next installment, which luckily enough isn't too far away. Thanks Gina! ;)

You have to be kidding me. Did I read these on a weekend, or just stay up really late?? They're really good, but dang. Anyways, onto the review. S'mored is one of my favorites in the series. I love Anthony, especially in this book. He's so cute! And I've enjoyed watching Nora's antics throughout the series. It seems like Lacey's inherited her cooking skills, haha. This was a great addition to the series.

This was so cute! Meg and Anthony are great, and we see unexpected depth from Nora. Also, Lacey's definitely inherited her cooking skills, lmao. A fun addition to the series! 4.5 stars.

Absolutely loved it!

This series is probably one of my favorites! A delicious read full of fun and humor--can't wait to learn more about this sweet crime family and our mobsterista Lacey.

Relaxing vacation?

The Lacey Luzzi books are great. Once again, Lacey finds herself in the middle of a crisis, without any help from herself. She is just trying to have a relaxing vacation with a friend and then poof!! Enjoy. I did!

The next in my favorite series and IT JUST KEEPS GETTING BETTER! I honestly think this is the best one yet and I laughed out loud with this one. Lacey is going on a girls-only trip with Meg, but things never go as planned.

After finding a body in the trunk of her (stolen) car, Anthony shows up to help her. And Meg is excited for karaoke night at the bar the girls are investigating at request of Lacey's mobster grandfather. Three guys show up at the Luzzi cabin because grandmother Nora is matchmaking. And is someone watching Lacey?

Totally loved this one especially because the relationship between Lacey and Anthony is heating up and I loved their interactions. Meg is also less of a cartoon character but still hilarious and the best friend anyone can have!

Revved up for 'Spooked'!!
