This one is rather nasty, in that a lot of much nicer people get hurt through the actions of the murder victim and the murderer, both of whom are very unpleasant people.

As I said in my first review of a Lemarchand book, I just happened into these books. I only have four of them and I suspect I won't go looking for any others. There are so many books to read and so little time.

I like the characters, the author's writing style and the mysteries are not too bloody. All in all a good way to spend a Sunday afternoon on our boat waiting for the fishies to bite.
