I LOVE this series. I needed to read about a spunky woman who takes no prisoners. I loved that Copper wanted her from the beginning. She gave herself away over Hadley. Seeing the whole MC go to war again sex traffickers really made it feel like they accomplished something!

Copper is only the second book, but I'm already so invested in this series like you wouldn't believe. This book was dark, gritty, sexy, emotional, and my favorite of the series so far. I can't wait for Dragon's book and all the others!!!⁣

Nothing better than a strong broody alpha, unless it’s a tough smart mouthed heroine, lucky for us K Webster gives us both in this second Royal Bastards MC book.

We met Copper and Stormy in the book Koyn, so the characters are the same but now we get more. More character development, more action, more drama and lots more steam!

This isn’t a shiny rainbow story, this is dark, gritty and raw, which is exactly what it is supposed to be. I love the way K Webster writes her characters, they are always more than what they seem. Do not miss out on this one.

After I read the first book Koyn, I was not sure how this story was going to go. This story was about them caught with human sex trafficking. We got some dominant, sexy and steamy scene. I love their relationship, though because I really love Koyn in the first book I cannot forget him. hehe i love this one too. cannot wait for Dragon's book. I just wanna see how twisted he is.

So I've read one other story from the Royal Bastards MC book world, and I think I might have found a new MC world that I can get behind. This story, much like the other, was brilliantly brutal. It doesn't hold back from what a down-and-dirty biker gang is about. This is book 2 in the Tulsa Chapter series and while I enjoyed it having not read book 1, I might have gotten a different experience and a little more background if I had read book 1. I plan to rectify that soon because this book was so good.

So in true K. Webster fashion, this book delivered something dark, dirty, yet deliciously nasty. The heroine, Stormy comes in hard and heavy as a disgraced FBI agent trying to get back in it's good graces. Her quest to bring them down backfires spectacularly and she ends up in the hands of Copper. He's a dirty FBI agent and he's dead set on keeping it that way. He takes it upon himself to deal with Stormy when her cover is blown, and they go from enemies-to-lovers so perfectly. There's so much backstory with them that makes its way into the main plotline. Stormy's secrets end up being exactly what bring this story together, and Copper becomes her perfect ally.

Copper and Stormy's relationship are what bring me back to this author over and over. She's unapologetic in the way she tells her stories, going dark when she needs to, brutal when it's necessary, and boundary bending when the story calls for it. I know I'm going to read one hell of a book when I pick up one written by this author.

well i'm oficially obsessed with this series and its characters and i would gladly read a book on each and every one of the MC brothers. copper and stormy's story picks right off where the first one ended, so i would suggest reading these in order if you want to know the context as to why stormy is now being held captive by copper. what i i loved about this second book more than the first one was their dynamic and how much they grew to trust each other even after all they both went through. i also loved seeing both feds working together in their own ways to solve the case of this book's storyline. not only was it intriguing and a page-turner, but k webster was wisely able to add dragon's backstory and set the foundations for his story which is gonna be the next book. i cannot begin to explain how incredibly excited i am for his and cove's book, i need their book now!

Copper believes in family honor. He’s walking a fine line between right and wrong. Stormy knows she’s gone too far in doing what she feels is right. She doesn’t seem to know when to hold her cards close to her chest and it always comes back to bite her.

The author doesn’t make any indication of how old our main characters are but I have a feeling that there’s some type of age gap. Copper can handle it and I didn’t mind it. The only true indication is that he’s referenced as being the older brother to Koyn. You don’t need to read his book in order to enjoy Copper and that was nice of the author to craft her story that way. But the more I got to know the people of this MC chapter of the Royal Bastards MC, I found that at the very least I need to go back and change that. I want to see if Copper had any type of presence there.

Once Stormy enters the scene, the heat slowly builds and then I had to find out if they combust or slowly burn. We have to get through the mystery and suspense before we can enjoy any type of relationship that may or may not be forming. Our author had me wishing for more pet time with her addition to Copper’s family. They helped to move the scenes along and even though I couldn’t really see them, they’re cute.

I was both happy and sad by the ending. It was nice to see two couples enjoying each other. But I was sad because I didn’t want to get off this ride. Our author was nice enough to give us a sneak peek at what is coming next. Bad news is that I want it now.

I was not compensated nor was I required to write a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own.
