This book is so fun to read with kids. It's so wonderful getting to see each start on the journey along with Harry- every time through is a treasure. Of course it's 5 stars. Again. :) I look forward to reading it with grandchildren now!

My third or fourth go at this lovely friend of a book. This time it was via Stephen Fry’s delightful narration as an audiobook. Love love love.

There is a reason that this is the book that made me fall in love with reading. It's wonderful. The magic and nostalgia are so cozy and delightful. The narrator is fantastic. I will surely be coming back to it again. I would recommend listening to the audiobook, especially to lovers of the movies who don't consider themselves readers. The audiobook is such a treat.

This was my first time reading it, which is crazy, and I wish I could experience it fresh, without twenty years of movies and pop culture weighing the reading down. Still, pretty darn good.
