Fun and silly, although the concept got old pretty quickly.

Podsumowując - warto kupić (ale i tak "What if?" lepsze).

4.5 This is an adorable book, but beware: it's super-dense and not a quick read! The illustrations are great though, and it takes serious skills to explain complicated things in such simple terminology (the numbers 9 and 1,000 are not among the simplest words and don't appear in the book at all). Be sure to pay attention to the little stick figures and drawings around the periphery--such cute, random stuff!

Extreme simplicity was funny at the beginning, but got tiresome quickly. Intro was very well written and motivational.

This book had so much potential, but with the idea of only being able to use 10 000 words the explainations make no sense. Instead of calling a human cell a cell he author uses the term ”bag of water” for instance - which just makes everything he explains even more difficult to comprehend. It was a book written to a 3-year old, too simplistic and the author exaggerated the books purpose in my opinion..

DNF p. 18.

I've really liked this author's other books.  There's a little bit of humor here but not enough.  The pictures are good.  Not using the correct word for things gets old really quickly.  It does not make things easier to understand, it actually makes them harder to understand and it's super annoying.

4.5 stars - I would have liked the actual names of things included as well.
