This book is apt for someone who is into weight loss, aka gym freaks, following the advice given by some gym goers who unknowingly harm their body more than benefit. A big Salute to Vijay Thakkar ji for writing a book that not only clears all the myths but also provides ample knowledge.

Not gonna lie, when I picked this book, I was quite skeptical. I have always read the same things written over and over again but this book is the only book you need when you are talking about health and weight journey. Most people don't improve their health because either they excuse themselves "that they are busy" or follow trends and Instagram freaks who advise you to starve all day and have a bowl of greens at night (yikes right).

This book is well written and applause to the author for the research and penning down it in a beginner-friendly language which not only makes you understand stuff without beating too much around the bush or on technical jargon. Part 2 of the book is my favorite, I have the most highlighted and annotated part from that area. I was keen and hooked while reading that part, which is, How to lose weight and maintain it. I finished reading this book around in March and since then I have been experimenting a little with this book I can assure you this book works, this book is not some sought of another health freak scam. I have lost 5kgs in 2 months (if you are a part of my broadcasting group you know all about it)

as mentioned in the book, I started caring about the food that I eat. I replaced eating bread with Nutella or rice for breakfast with eating Chia seeds with fresh fruits (chia seeds are yum) & a paneer sandwich & chilla
I stopped snacking completely (it was hard) but after reducing the weight it felt all worth the effort. I assure you to read this book, especially part 2, the practical knowledge plus the way he explains everything is amazing.
