I didn't expect an illustrated version with very few pages. The book would have been hilarious if it was written like a novel. I liked the way they told about why Cindy is so annoying because I found all those things annoying while watching the movie 😁😁 It was good. But not that good. Cindy darling, only 2 stars for your step-mom!

Cinderella and all its adaptations and retellings are my favorite in the world of fairy tales. I had high hopes that this would be a really funny and entertaining book, but it fell flat for me. I did enjoy the illustrations, though.

The writing itself is just OK, but I love the idea of reading this book to inspire kids to write classic stories from another character's point-of-view.

This was a great exercise in viewing the other side of the story! I especially like the ideas at the back of the book as an example of distinguishing the differences in both the classic tell and the stepmother's version. This would be a great storytime lesson for elementary age kiddos

I think this book was cute for a children’s book I also think that it puts a new look on a classic fairytale that we all grew up with and have come to love.

A cute and silly take on Cinderella, only this time from the wicked stepmother's point of view.

Short and silly retelling. We liked it. I was able to get the ebook from Amazon Prime for free.

A funny re-telling of Cinderella. I think I enjoyed its cleverness more than my kids did. (2, 4, 6 yrs old)
