This book had some of the worst dialogue ever written. I should have saved myself and stopped reading, but it's so short I pushed through. That was probably a mistake on my end.

If ChatGPT wrote a book using the prompts "British, body horror, idiots, drugs, and fungus", this is the book that would result.

It's a no for me.

Fast-paced, fun, and short. Nothing novel here, but a fun ride in the grand tradition of a gathering of old friends in a remote location gone terribly, terribly wrong.

Loved this book. Such a great start to the series. The five lads are loveable in their own way. Can’t wait to read the next book!

Dark, tense and twisty.

No need for some of the language (ie the descriptor used for a character who'd slid from the car).

Won't be continuing with the series.
