My favorite in the series! The group is all together again. They're officially in a relationship, trying to complete the Breakers' mission, and Pen is now officially helping. I loved this couple so much, but I loved the struggle they had to get through too. Other than dancing, there is a ton of other things going on in the series. The Breakers are a part of a gang and have been trying to get out of it, but you can't get out once you are in. But the Breakers have a glimmer of hope, and they plan on making sure they will get out and keep Pen. But even though this one is my favorite, things start to shift in this book as well. I kept wanting Pen to step up and fight for herself, and it felt like she was losing the fight she had in the first book. This girl was on her own, living in a home where no one cared about her, and she lost all of her friends that she truly loved. She had a colossal backbone, but it felt like she lost it in this book. The whole dance element started to slip away in this one as well. It was still a big piece of the story, but it faded into the background. I also feel like this was the book I started wanting more from Pen, but overall I enjoyed this book the most.
