Guardias Guardias es posiblemente el mejor libro que lei en mi vida, posiblemente porq como esta escrito me pude profundizar en su mundo y imaginarme en todo momento que estaba pasando.

Very entertaining and clever. Wonderful writing and silly situations.

The neutered and jaded Ankh-Morpork City Watch gets an enthusiastic new recruit by request of his dwarf-king father, and someone's summoning dragons to prompt the return of a king (any king will do) who'll depose the current ruler. Hilarity ensues.

This is the kind of book that ends as the reader chuckles. It is packed with interesting characters and simple philosophies like "There is always and only bad people, but some of them are on opposite sides." And people who "sin, you might say, without a trace of originality." A fun read.
