I thought this book was a very good way to round out Year Four of Education for Ministry (EfM). I found the essays enlightening, inspiring, and entertaining. It gave me hope, that in a nation that everyday seems more and more divided, people are out there honoring and celebrating each other's differences. I read it with a highlighter, because there were so many good quotes! Recommended for anyone who seeks to understand more about other faith traditions.

Great, short, personal stories from all types of perspectives about living and working toward transformation in diversity. Community, not coalitions. Will use for teaching.

Final book for fourth year EFM. Sometimes inspiring, often thought-provoking short essays where authors write about the ways interfaith interaction strengthened their own faith and increased their openness and understanding.

2018, reading for a second time, this time as a mentor, with a new group, has yielded new insights. Still thought-provoking.

I've only read small sections of this book at a time but it is incredible. Every story is meaningful, challenging, and inspiring. It causes you to rethink the way you are living your personal faith and also loving those of other faiths well.
