listen, I get that splatterpunk is "not for the easily offended" but this is just several rape scenes strung together without even having any good "splatter" to make up for it. it was not what I was hoping for in a "fucked up god" book.

There is a lot of extreme horror in this tiny book. It has Richard Layman vibes. An interesting story that's well written.

If you're not sure if extreme horror is your thing and you want to test the waters I would recommend this book. It's only 74 pages. And if this is your vibe I would recommend this one.

The “extreme horror” label on this book is well deserved.

Not for the faint of heart. Not for the squeamish.

I enjoyed the writing. It was enough for me to look out for other work by Steffens. Will be looking forward to it.
