It was both amusing and made me even more eager to experience the vast diversity of parks. The negative reviews for some of my favorites—Great Sand Dunes, Yellowstone, Death Valley, etc—we’re especially entertaining to me.

I am not impressed with this book. I thought it would have more bad reviews of the parks. Instead, it's barely a sentence and then the author adds a "funny" comment about the review.
Also, I don't know how accurate the park facts are. I know Big Bend is not one of the least visited parks in the lower 48, and that Crater Lake is not in Washington, like the author says it is. So it makes me question her other facts.

I was hoping for more on the petulant reviews, but it was mostly facts on how the parks are less subpar than Yelp would have you believe.
