I was eager for this story as soon as I saw it coming. I've loved this series for awhile. While I loved the characters in this one, I struggled at times. It moved quick and left things in limbo or not fleshed out. I'm still trying to figure out things with Charli. I think it needed to not be so rushed towards the end and it would have made it better for me.

Samson
Cerberus MC Series, Book 9
By: Marie James
Narrated by: Kasha Kensington, Aaron Shedlock

When you know, you know! At 10 years old, Samson knows the woman he is in love with is his babysitter Camryn. Puppy love? Maybe. But years later, Samson makes good on those feelings and makes a play for the now established doctor. Can she see past his age? Will he always be the little boy she babysat? Can he break through her barriers? I had my doubts. But this persistent man proves that love prevails. Samson is quite the man. At first with his pick up lines, I was laughing out loud and rolling my eyes right along with Cam. But he proved me wrong. Cam has some issues to get through, and she finds strength in this man. It goes to show that age is just a number. This is my first book of this series, and while there is interaction with others in the MC, it can definitely stand alone. I enjoyed this heart felt story, with laughter and tears and love.

Kasha Kensington and Aaron Shedlock enhance this story with an impeccable narration. Kensington is a perfect fit for Kasha. She let us feel her stubbornness, and feel the changes in her. Shedlock melts my heart as Samson. He is strong, and never gives up using nuances to let us know exactly how he feels. These two are a fantastic team and make for an entertaining listen.

I loved this one. Samson is just a wonderful character. He was a 10 year old boy that fell in love with his babysitter. Little does he know that that dream might just come true for him as an adult. Camryn was there to keep Samson safe from the monsters when Samson was little. They grew up and grew apart. They run into each other at the hospital where she is not a doctor and Samson instantly has that feeling again. But it is not that easy this time. Camryn fights hard not to give into her feelings for Samson but once she finally does hold on because these two are steaming hot together. I absolutely love the chemistry these two have. But one fateful night after one phone call and a tragic death all that could be taken from them. Camryn loses someone important to her and feels guilt upon guilt. But no matter what Samson tries to be there for her no matter how much she pushes him away. Will these two be able to survive this? Very well written, amazing chemistry between Samson and Camryn, enjoyable storyline. I loved this one and cant wait to read the next one to see what happens with Tag.

Samson!

I didn’t really like the first half of this story but I’m so glad I kept reading and finished it. The second half was perfect.

nother amazing book from Marie.

Samson and Camryn book was epic. I loved their dynamic, they have this undeniably spark right from the start.

This book will make you laugh, it will make you cry, and then it will make you smile. Samson is a character you will live right from the start. He’s funny and sweet and will do anything for Cam. Camryn is a bit more complicated. She’s stubborn, sassy, and so set in her ways. But Samson is so persistent she can’t stay away. This book was incredible and I’m so excited to read Tug’s story next!

Age doesn’t matter when it’s meant to be. Samson has known since he was 10 that he was going to marry Camryn Davison, who just happens to be his old babysitter that is 7 years his senior. Can Samson win her over and make her his?

Loved this book. I can’t get enough of Cerberus MC!
Marie- you knocked another one out of the park!
