A scientific prodigy with research that could turn the energy industry upside down, Abby Garret needs protecting -- especially after she's kidnapped by an evil group who wants her newly developed energy technology. Enter Kalen Black and Logan Douglas, former Navy SEALs and friends of Abby's older brother who have had a crush on her for years. They long to make her their submissive, but Abby has difficulty dialing down her genius brain long enough to make a personal connection. Can her guys capture her heart, master her body, and keep her safe?

I love Abby. She says what she thinks, even when her brilliant brain goes on crazy tangents. I can see how she might need not one, but two Doms to keep her occupied. Her absentminded-professor-ness is adorable. Kalen and Logan aren't as special and unique as characters, but they have a really good relationship with Abby.

Unfortunately, this book falls prey to one of the common weaknesses of romantic suspense novels -- an inability to properly integrate the romance and the suspense. The book starts out with a bang with Abby's kidnapping and rescue, then the danger she's in takes a backseat to their growing BDSM relationship for a while, then the resolution to the suspense part comes out of nowhere at the end. It's a real shame, because the quirky characters and interesting ideas had a lot of potential.
