4 ⭐️ (changed my earlier rating) After sitting on this review for a few days and then watching the series that was made on this book (Apple TV with Jennifer Garner) I moved my rating up.
There was to be a great undercurrent to this book and I enjoyed reading it. Not scary… just more of a mystery with an evolving storyline. I enjoyed it. I would recommend the book and then the made for tv series. Both were great!

3.5 I guess since it was an easy enough read and kept my attention

An easy, heartwarming read but definitely had some plot holes. I wouldn’t classify this as a “thriller” per se, but a good read nonetheless.

I liked this book a lot until the 4th quarter. I guess I was just expecting more?? I couldn’t stop reading it and then as soon as “everything” happens I just found myself being like … wait?? That’s it?
