This is a great introduction
I had the chance to read this short prequel for free so I did. This is a fun and action packed intro to the world and I am definitely on board to find out what happens next.

Not a whole lot to say about a story that's only 20 pages long and took less than half an hour to read, except for the fact that it was action packed and awesome. I had never encountered the twinborn trilogy and the whole twinborn aspect is raised only briefly, but the combat scenes and action have perked my interest for more. When the twinborn reference is actually brought up it also adds another dimension to the story told, and the story yet to be told during the series proper. I'm definitely intrigued to see where it goes from here.

This short story was a nice hook to draw me into the Twinborn series. Due to this read I'll be checking out the first book of the series.
