This book awakened me into action.
It explained why therapy didn’t work for me.
Started me on a new path connected to my soul. And for that, it’s a special book for me.
It’s a book with so much in it (longer than most books I read) and I think each person would pick up something completely different that is unique to them.
With that being said, there was a lot that didn’t hit home for me, but the parts that did, hit me to my core. But it took reading through what wasn’t for me to really see and know those special parts.
I really connected with Elizabeth Lesser, her story, and who she is. I saw myself a lot in her stories, experiences and viewpoints. It made me feel so seen, which I don’t usually feel in what I read.
