WOW what a heartbreaking story. The depths she went to protect her siblings is truly powerful. Gut wrenching read but the bravery of this woman is spectacular.

This was such an important read. This book told a real story of a brutalized girl, her strength, resilience & courage coming forward. A hard, emotional but amazing read.

I can only ever applaud someone for sharing their story the way that Kelly has. This book has been sitting on my shelf for a little as I tried to gather the courage to read something so intense and, quite honestly, terrifying. She is an inspiration and I wish her nothing but the best and a speedy recovery.
