So so good! Reread the previous one because I remembered that was a cliffhanger, and this one didn't disappoint! I truly love these characters, every single one of them. I can read this series over and over again ☺️

Full review on my blog, Storied Adventures

This was my favorite installment of The Royal Ranger series yet! It had non stop action. It was very entertaining! I loved seeing Maddie, Cassandra, Horace, and Gilan fight with their different styles. Flanagan is very smart with his battle tactics. The attacks and defense strategies were really interesting to learn about. Especially the defense position of the south tower! The way he set it up is amazing! Also, I love that the women in this book have attainable skills. They're not Mary Sue's but they know their strengths and weaknesses very well and plan around them.
