While this book wasn’t life changing for me it was a good reminder and I wouldn’t dismiss the information in this book. Plus the writing style has some funny bits. The author puts a lot of weight into safety first and always expressing when you are uncomfortable or confused wish is the type of instructor I wished I had when I was younger
