Holy Smokes, I'm currently listening to this audiobook, and I've experienced emotional ones before, but this one is on fire!!! These narrators are incredible! They really bring the characters to life, lol!

A best friends to lovers novella about a sweet girl who has been in love with her bestie for all of her life, and a primal dom who is afraid his bestie will run if she finds out about his kink. The story was really hot once it got going. Short, sweet, hot!

I asked for a smutty book recs, and this was one I got. It did not disappoint. Childhood games of hide and seek, and tag turn into primal play, and I am here for it!!! It's took a while the smut to kick in, but it helped set the scene, and I loved it. Had never heard of this author before, so I'm so glad this book was recommended to me. I will definitely be more in the future.
