As a fellow Scottish girl, I grew up with Billy Connolly and is a national treasure of Scotland, a legend, the big yin.
Hearing more of his life story, the tales and tribulations of his life was fascinating, even more so because it was told by him.

I've been a fan since I was probably too young to be watching his stuff, but my family were all fans so I absorbed a bit by osmosis. There was a bit he did about his uncle Huey that made my grandad absolutely weep with laughter even at the thought it would be coming on. So it was interesting to learn a bit more about his life, it was quite tragic in a lot of ways, but he seems to have a very positive attitude to it all which is quite refreshing. Would recommend!

A wonderful autobiography by the most famous Scottish comedian of all time. Billy looks back over his life and career and shared many stories from his life.

Absolutely loved it! It was just like listening to my Dad’s stories of his childhood. Fantastic storytelling.
