Funny... The style is what I have come to expet based on Hayley's reels. Anecdotal short stories of her life that everyone can find something that they can relate to.

Favorite quote: “When you’re in your mother’s womb, all you know is her womb. But you’re just inches away from a whole other world. One where everyone on the outside knows you exist. Who knows if our loved ones that have passed are just inches away, able to see us still?”

My wife discovered this Tik Tok comedian, and she is hilarious. Her comedy is from the third person perspective of her body, tackling taboo, feminist subjects.

This book, though a bit different, covers her anxiety and refers to her brain in the third person. She tackles different topics and moments in her life and her battle with anxiety.

It's funny while also providing insightful perspectives.

This was really good and fun. Loved the audiobook! Felt like 6h of a good podcast. But aside of the really funny writing style I felt seen more than once and also found comfort while listening. Really enjoye  it
