Feyre and Rhys are back!!!! A Court of Thornes and Roses is my FAVORITE series in fantasy right now! For all my fantasy readers out there, please give this series a try! It is great all the way around. Even the mini books in the series like this one! I’ll try to make the time to review each book in the series. Now this review may be a little difficult to write for understanding since this is the prequel to the fourth installment of the series, there is already charchter development and relationship there.

Feyre, Rhys, and the crew pick up right where they left off. Trying to recoup after once again saving the world. You would think at this point I’d be tired of all the mushiness between Feyre and Rhys, but I’m honestly not. I can’t wait to have a love like theirs. However, I am getting bored with it being the same kind of story. They are still fighting with Tamlin, Moor and Azrael are still acting like they aren’t in love, etc. This portion of the series is a simple check in with the characters, a quick read before the next installment. Just a taste to keep you waiting until next year.
