I really did like this book, there’s not much of a plot, but it’s just a short story about how everyone is doing after the war & the events in the first 3 books. I liked being able to see how everyone is doing after their HEA, but you could still see how much they were all struggling with the war & everything that happened.
I would still recommend it even though it doesn’t necessarily add much to the the series as a whole; it was a fun little read.

This was a much needed breath of fresh air after the chaos and upset that was Wings and Ruin. I guess the name should've been a giveaway, right?

It was lovely seeing the Inner Circle relax and enjoy the Winter Solstice. I adore Feyre and Rhy's relationship and enjoyed watching it bloom even further than in previous books. Her sisters drive me absolutely bonkers - at least Elaine is somewhat tolerable in this book. I just need her to forget about Greyson and move on. Nesta on the other hand...girl I get it but PLEASE. I can't deal with this.

I loved how cozy this was and eeee I loved the ending so much I'm still so emotional thinking about it. I'm excited to finally move onto Silver Flames to see how this ends for now.

A clear filler book but nice to read from the other characters perspectives. If I had to wait 3 years for the next one then i'd love this book but as its right here waiting to be read... It made this harder to enjoy.

It’s a nice lighthearted break from the main series without avoiding some of the heavier topics about the war. I liked how it serves as a bridge between Feyre’s story and Nesta’s. You could very easily skip it, but I think it offers us a chance to enter Nesta and Cassian’s world more gradually.

Overall, it’s very Hallmark Christmas movie and I’m not mad about it.
