For a long time I’ve thought of purchasing shakspear work specifically hamlet and it was a masterpiece truly this my first Shakespeare and probably will be my all time favorite

What can I say? It's Hamlet-- the play that, for thousands of years, has made people laugh, cry, and feel seen in its lines. Foul deeds rise in this story of grief, vengeance, honor, gender; truly this play has everything in it. My eternal pick for a first timer's Shakespeare play: everyone must read.

After studying Hamlet in my grade 12 english class I can determine that it is my favourite of his that I have read. One thing I learned when studying was the so many ways each character can be played. The confused or self-indulgent Polonius, the mocking or comforting Claudius, the angry crazy Hamlet or the funny crazy Hamlet. No matter which way the character is played the play is still excellent.
