ok where do I even start? I don’t think i’ve ever related to a character as well as I relate to Penny. Obviously this could be put down to my own bias then that I found her such an interesting and complex morally grey character. I was rooting for her the whole time, and experiencing her highs and lows with her was truly something so tangible. This was such a perfect depiction of how it feels to be a 20 something in the current times we’re living in. I feel like this was the perfect time in my life to read this book having just moved to Melbourne single and questioning every single detail about my own life. I needed this book right now more than I can say.
