Irresistibly Perfect is the second book in the Irresistibly Yours series by J. Saman, featuring an angsty and steamy friends to lovers romance for Greyson and Fallon. Greyson and Fallon grew up as next door neighbors who were secret best friends with occasional benefits. Greyson was always in love with her, but she was the high-class political princess living a pre-planned life, and he was the bad boy rocker that wasn’t good enough to be seen with her. When Fallon’s picture perfect Stepford life crumbles dramatically like a house of cards, Greyson seizes his opportunity to try to make her fall in love with him for keeps. Can they build a lasting relationship and life together, or will the secrets, lies, and family obligations tear them apart once again?

This is the first book I’ve read by this author, and I am now a fan! The world building and character development was excellent, with their authentic emotions really shining through. I really felt for Fallon, with the weight of her family obligations and the level of gaslighting she was subjected to from her family and her ex. She basically had to deprogram herself, and give herself permission to live her own life. Greyson, though, is the one who stole my heart! Here’s this strong, virile, alpha man with the biggest, most forgiving, loving heart, still fighting for her. As much as I empathize with Fallon, she put him through the wringer, and he never gave up on her! Throughout this book, he shows himself to be the ultimate book boyfriend! I need a Greyson of my own! I loved the drama, angst, and twists in the storyline, as well as all the supporting characters that added witty banter and fun to the story. As for the chemistry between Greyson and Fallon? I’m going to need a new iPad, because mine melted!!

I quite enjoyed the story, loved the characters and their development especially Fallon!
The prose and the lyrics were a nice touch!
The found family trope in this was *chef's kiss*
Sometimes i felt that the story was dragging but maybe it was me! Still i enjoyed it!

Thank You J and Valentine PR for the ARC

Best friends to lovers - done so well here! The fact that Fallon doesn't know that Greyson has feelings for her this entire time makes ya wonder how oblivious she is. The best part of this series is the friendship between the guys, they all truly care for and support one another no matter what. Grey is amazing, and definitely deserves his HEA.

Fallon's ex is trash, and I appreciate how they don't just let what he said about her tarnish. She acknowledges that what he said hurt her, and tries to fight against the words. Something we've all likely experienced:
“... That fucker poisoned your mind. So let me set it straight. His chubby or fat is my fucking delicious. Is my fucking heaven.”

What a ride this one was!

I have to admit it took me a little longer to read this book. I had a hard time getting into it and I think it was because I couldn’t stand the ex and her mother lol. They totally set me off from the beginning and it took me awhile to leave them outta my mind and focus on Greyson and Fallon.

But once I was able to do that, boy did they ever suck me in.

Their love story is not your average fairytale. Their story is about fighting to get what you want. The long run if you will. Maybe more so for Greyson.

I have to say I loved that they were best friends but hated how they both couldn’t just admit to themselves (more so Fallon) and each other how they truly felt.

But nevertheless this was a beautiful and heartwarming story.

“Every inch of you is irresistibly perfect to me.”
Irresistibly Perfect is book two in the Irresistibly Yours series which is centered around the guys from a boy band, Central Square. This book is focused on Greyson Monroe (brother to Zax of the first book) and his one true love Fallon Lark.

Since they met at the age of 14, Greyson knew Fallon was the one for him, but her family was all about appearances and being the perfect family (even though they were a disaster behind closed doors) so Greyson was not the choice they made for Fallon. Fallon just wanted to do right by her family so she kept her friendship with Greyson a secret for 15 years. However when her engagement to the wrong man falls apart the only person she wants is Greyson.

The two go on a week vacation in Europe to reconnect and Greyson plans to show her how perfect they are together. He truly is perfect for her, knowing just what to say to support her and help her build her confidence back. I absolutely love this Irresistibly Yours crew and cannot wait for Callan next. (Although Lenox is the story I am dying for!!)
