4 solid stars
This was great, I liked it so much. It was sweet and I loved Olive and Adam. Especially Adam. I also loved the STEM inclusions and women in science.
I loved it all until the end, the last couple of pages really. It was a 5 star book until the ending.
I wanted…more.
The ending was abrupt and felt super rushed. So rushed. Like the author was like crap I’ve run out of pages gotta wrap it up all in the next paragraph. The book deserved more and so did Olive and Adam.
I wanted more after the reveal. More explanation more, wrap up, more of Olive and Adam being together after all the truths were revealed and we didn’t get it.
I saw the epilogue and was like awesome, here it is, now we get our wrap up but it was really lacking and didn’t do it for me.
I loved this book right up to the end and it kind of spoiled the whole book for me. I’m probably being super critical but I loved it that much and was that disappointed by the subpar ending it received.
Endings are so important and can make or break a book. For me at least.
I will definitely read the second book in this series but I super hope she gives her characters the proper ending they deserve.

honestly it was better than i expected. i think that a lot of random unneeded fluff could of been cut out and i would of enjoyed it much more. also in what world would anyone EVER sit on their professor’s lap because the room was “too crowded”??? hello that plot was so horrid i put it down for a week. overall, i guess it’s ok
