This book was one I chose to read from boredom and to lower my TBR list. It's an ok book if you want to just pass the time and read. There were some moments where I was really invested in the book, but most of the time I was indifferent. I personally could care less for many of the secondary characters. I found them to be really bland and just put there to lengthen the amount of pages. If you take out all the secondary characters, it's still the exact same thing. I found Breanna to be an OK heroine. She was a bit bland and her backstory didn't reflect how she was in the book. I expected more resistance, but she was really easy going. The subplot in this book that involves someone going after Breanna was so lackluster. I wasn't emotionally invested in the characters, so whatever happened to anyone did not make me feel anything. I was indifferent to what became of the characters, so by the end it was just another book I could cross off of my TBR. Others might be more invested than this than me, but I didn't find myself enjoying this very much, but it definitely isn't a terrible book by any means.

I enjoyed this PNR, it was fun and kinda sweet. It wasn't crazy deep which I think is exactly what I needed today. I enjoyed the characters, the sex was hot and the action was pretty high. I will be moving on to book 2!
Narration was good too.
