Catie’s parents are finally showing her some tough love and making her go to a military academy to learn how to follow as well as lead. Meanwhile the parents, tired of running Delphi, decide to relocate to the Artemis colony. The academy stuff is about what you would expect, and the colony stuff lacks the energy of some of the earlier volumes. Ho. Hum. Three stars.
