I rarely read short stories but 20 horror shorts from four authors (only one of whom I'd read before) at an extremely low price and all for charity was too good to overlook. And I'm glad I went for it!!
Yes a couple are average but I took something from pretty much every story. My favourites were
After Life
Double Helix
Touch & Go
Pillar Box (my God I'll be careful next time I post a letter!!!!)
Zom
But a special mention to Black Friday which could be closer to reality then we'd like to admit (Although hopefully not!).
There are some genuinely creepy and gut wrenching moments not to mention some neat twists and the whole thing had the "just one more story before I go to bed/work etc" feel about it.
Highly recommended for anyone who likes quick reads and/or horror.
