Very general and practical business advice, but that makes it more relatable to everyone. They seem to practice what they preach- the language is conversational (even salty) and there are real actions described that you can take into your own work environment. Well done!

Awesome. All people needs to read at once - not just who interest on business. Great viewpoints, great ideas for everyone.

_Very_ light reading. Finished the whole book in ~1hr. The majority of the content was not new at all to me, but some of it triggered valuable thoughts -- which made the quick and easy reading of it fitting: it was easy to sit down and extract the new gems and not be slowed by the rest; well done on that front. Some of it is applicable to my current work, but I probably won't pick it up again unless I decide to start my own business.

A few good nuggets of opinion in here, but nothing ground breaking or particularly challenging. It should be condensed into a much shorter book or even a blog.

Simple and short book.
Do less, don't kill yourself with too much, keep it lean.
Make tiny decisions.
Planning for 6 months tasks will just not work.

More is less, less is more.
