Oh, my orc! These two were hilarious, but it was a little bit cliché. I wish there had been a bit more fight between the two because they’re supposed to be enemies to lovers, but it was more like they had one disagreement, and then everything was fine. I have to say I think Grondar’s grandmother stole the show. She’s hilarious, and she and her witchy friend are doing mysterious things to get these humans to move to town. Grondar kept saying that humans don’t stay long, but the town council is determined to bring in new people to help the small town thrive.

This was cute! Super quick read but it definitely was paced out kind of oddly and moved really fast which put me off a bit and lowered my rating but still a cute quick read :)

Fun, cute read. I liked the town and the chemistry between the 2 characters but did not love his comments made to her that came off as shaming her body/clothing choices.

Grondar was the grumpiest, most contrary orc, but he was still so adorable. I loved how he loved to take care of Elara even when he was trying to resist her. They were just so cute together and it was such a fun, light read.
