Still really good, although I am getting more and more grossed out about the spoiler I know. It almost ruins this fir me. The story is so sweet and their development as a family is adorable. I'm just super upset that it is going to end in incest.

The mystery of Rin's mother is solved. What a self-indulgent but ultimately interesting character. Good storytelling makes us care about the characters, and this volume succeeds even with a character as despicable as Rin's mother. There is a redemption tale waiting to be told there.

The second volume continues great writing, a good story, and nice artwork. Rin is an adorable girl and it's great to see Daikichi doing his best for his adopted daughter.

*4 stars*

Just as lovely and enjoyable as the first but had much greater development of characters and semblance of plot. These are so addicting and cute that I'm probably going to be flying through this series in no time.

This volume is so charming, it's really lovely to see Rin bloom into herself, and to see the positive changes in Daikichi as well. I especially was glad to see Daikichi going out of his comfort zone to discover the mystery of Rin's mother, Masako. Masako was a very interesting character as well. Although a little frustrating, I think the volume does a good job of not making her out to be this villain for abandoning Rin. Don't get me wrong, Masako isn't portrayed in a good light and it's easy to judge her. However, she shares her side of the story, shows that she does care about Rin's well-being, and ultimately I think we all agree that it really is in Rin's best interest to be in Daikichi's family.

I love Daikichi and Rin more and more with every page turn. Rin is just so cute and even though she can be painfully shy, with Daikichi is isn't afraid to speak up and let him know what she thinks. It's obvious that she loved Daikichi and he in turn loves her.

Daikichi is working so hard to do his best and leaving behind all the 'fun adult stuff' he used to do, making him feel like an old man. But slowly (albeit, painfully slowly) he seems to be cultivating something with Kouki's mom!

We do get to meet Rin's mom, but even still there's something else there, a bit of a mystery left I think!

It's a great little story about being a parent and falling in love with that child whether they came from your body or not. I love them!

Even better than the first volume! Simple concept to a story yet I can't seem to put it down. Very cute and enjoyable read.

4'5 en realidad.

Vale, el final ha sido demasiado adorable. Como siga así creo que terminaré llorando.
