Jane (age 5) enjoyed the first Adam Joshua book that we read a few months ago, but this one was way over her head. I had to stop and explain the story almost every page. She wanted to keep reading it though, so we finally finished it today. There seemed to be less pictures too. I think this would be better for a 7 or 8 year old.
