Royal love stories can be pretty hit or miss for me, but I enjoyed this one quite a bit! The lovely British narration by Shane East sure didn't hurt, but the story itself was fun and cute as well.

This accomplished what it set out to. Its obvious this is from an American's point of view since royalty doesn't really work like this. And then it skims over the politics of being royalty. I do wish there was more detail to the world. There's just random angry and mean people we meet once and never again. I don't really understand how the wedding happened in the end. But as a quick fun and sexy royalty romance, this was good. You can feel the chemistry. Despite everything and the quick pace this doesn't feel like instalove. Its sexy and sometimes sweet. And the characters emotions were felt strongly, good and bad. I am looking forward to the next one.
