I always forget just how much of this series is set during one day. I think the entire second half of Fullmetal takes place during the battle with father. And it's amazing that it doesn't feel like it's drawn out at all. Also, it's so telling how good Arakawa's storytelling is that even though I've read this before and watched Brotherhood like 5 times, I was still so engrossed in the story and so anxious as to the next chapter.
