Shopping for a Billionaire - Part 2
3.5 Stars

Series note: The 2nd installment in the serial.

Shannon Jacoby's hilariously funny adventures in mystery shopping and dating a billionaire continues.

Shannon's family is a laugh riot, and it is worth listening to the book simply for them. The romance with the gorgeous Declan McCormack is an added bonus.

My one small caveat is Shannon's continued angst over her ex-boyfriend whose actions come across as creepy and stalkerish. She really needs to cut him loose ASAP.

Looking forward to seeing what happens in the next installment.

Should have been included in the 1st book. They are so short and choppy, why split them up? Oh yeah. Money or whatever.

If I thought I laughed a lot in book one.. It has nothing on book two.

Not only do we get the same zany Shannon but her mother is a hoot!
Not to mention her father.

OMG the cars.. I don't want to give anything away but the promo cars.. If you don't laugh then I think you might have a stone for a heart.. just kidding. That was funny!
I like that the connection between Declan and Shannon is still very there. You don't lose that feeling of want from book one to book two.

Favorite Quote.. you know me quotes :D

"He's asking Toilet Girl out on a date."

This next part of the story had some really good pop culture quotes and references. For example, loved the Glee references, Caddyshack, and even Ivan Denisovitch bit. That last one is a book the students at my school read every year for their summer reading, so it was funny to hear a book I’d never even heard about until I got here be referenced like that. Not to mention there was a hilarious tampon joke in the story as well. Once again, I’d wished it was longer!

This second audio is a follow on, not too much else happens in this book! Still good awaiting the third book for a first date!

Fun af

I loved this book, it was fun and had lots of second-hand embarrassment moments that I found really funny.
