Me gustó mucho esta historia, aunque tengo que admitir que nuevamente me enfrento al hecho de que es mas ciencia ficción que fantasía, y siempre tiendo a batallar con la ciencia ficción porque me suele aburrir (aunque sea poco, pero siempre me pasa), así que hay muchas partes de este libro que me tenían en estado de "meh", intentando leerlas rápido para superarlas. Sin embargo, towards the end me gustó lo suficiente como para darle 3 estrellas, y debo admitir que me encariñé de Otto (un personaje que básicamente no dice mucho pero es lo mas adorable del planeta entero)

I loved this story and it has been a while since I've had so much fun reading a fantasy story.
This book has it all: an awesome cast of characters, interesting biodiversity of animals and plants, amazing made-up creatures and a lot of adventure! Just my kind of book.
I also really loved the illustrations. Tony has become one of my favourite Illustrator's.

This whimsical, beautiful story felt like a post-apocalyptic, sci-fi retelling of The Wizard of Oz. I enjoyed it immensely!

Wow what a wonderful lovely book this was.
I never expected it to be like this. The illustrations are beautiful and help with the story. :)
In the end I even cried a bit, so much sadness and also happiness.
I will be sure to buy book 2!
