I enjoyed this book. I’d suggest it to anyone who likes epic fantasies or LOTR. The book is a little slow to start with but as the story progresses I found it to be more engaging. What I like about the story is that while you start off thinking that this is simply going to to be a war of humans verses elves, things become much more complex. I’m curious to see how this story continues, to see Persephone grows as a leader, and Raithe becomes the hero. I’m also curious to see where the elves find themselves in this story. I’m certainly excited to see how this series evolves.
