I would rate this a final 3.5 stars out of five.

This book was chock-full of interesting information. As a new Audrey fan, I didn't know much of the stuff and found it well researched and documented.

I enjoyed the design of it immensely: so easy to read, draws attention to the right things, all very Audrey. The pink theme was great and I adored the continuity. It was nice and clean cut. The art was also adorable.

The clothing tips were all very good and cute and Audrey. Just thought I'd add that

I liked that it was sort of interactive. There were games and tests and, as mentioned above, everything fit well into the scope of the book.

The tone was also superb. Less than a history lesson, it felt like I was chatting with a girl friend with extensive knowledge and a fun outlook.

I guess the cons would be that some of the information was exceedingly redundant. Even ideas were repeated so much that I kind of found it hard to read at times. Some of the information that was presented didn't make sense in the chapter that it was presented in.

It also bothered me that they literally acted like Audrey was perfect. They would say things that would prove she has flaws, but then back it up by making it a non-flaw. It made everything feel a little bit artificial.

I wasn't partial to the way the author acted like every little belief and idea she had was supposed to be duplicated, especially when it was put in the "what would Audrey do?" Audrey was an original. She would respect other originals.

Lastly, the author clearly had never tried to live on a budget, because call the clothing suggestions were for people who were almost on Audrey's budget, but I guess if you want quality...

I would suggest this book to other Audrey-files.

I am not a diehard Audrey fan, but my interest was piqued.

I can’t say I was disappointed, but also it was not the best thing I have read

I learned a lot of new things about her, most importantly we like the same jazz artist. Oh yeah!

I liked reading about Audrey, although I agree with others that this book had a lot going on and much of the material was really not about Audrey.

Let me just start by saying I love Audrey- as a fashion icon, role model and fantastic actress. But this book never could live up to her standards. Overall good if you want a trashy take on one of the worlds greatest. I wish I could have enjoyed this book more, because at times I really did think that it was taking a turn but it never really got better. Questions and tips on self improvement that I feel were so generic the author could have been talking about the Queen and it would have been the same.
I came looking for a funny, quirky take on a biography and left with some self-help tips to improve myself to be like deity Audrey. Audrey probably was closer to perfect than I am today but by no means should she be held to a pedestal that if she were alive today would probably disgrace the author as really, Audrey knew she wasn't the epitome of women or society.

3/5 stars. And that's because I liked the cover.

Like other reviewers said, it's light-hearted, but also a bit repetitive. There are times where I felt like the author was trying to kiss up to Audrey and get on her good side, even though she's no longer with us. Overall, I liked the book and I liked learning about Audrey and how some of her past challenges may have shaped her into the gracious, glamorous, down-to-earth person she was.

Extremely sarcastic and judgemental at the beginning (very un-Audrey-esque as the author would say), but gets much better towards the end.

What would Audrey do? Probably turn in her grave if she knew that this trash has her name attributed to it!

most of it was vey focused on how other people perceived her and not what she thought, also too much description of her relationships and not Audrey herself

What would Audrey do? Always a good question to ask oneself when faced with difficult choices, especially when faced with the choice of what you should wear. (I know the fad was WWJD for a long while but WWAD makes it a bit more chic) That being said, we cannot always do what Audrey would do. First off, there is no humanly way possible for my waist to be 20 inches. I tried for two days and couldn't do it. I did figure out that when I am plagued with hunger I resemble a disney villain which is about as opposite from Audrey as one can be. Also when the choices are fresh fruit or toaster strudel I will always choose the toaster strudel. (does an apple toaster strudel count as a serving of fruit? Hmm) Audrey would have, of course, chosen the fruit. And it would probably have been picked from her own garden.

Though most of us will never have Audrey's figure (or have the chance to kiss Humphrey Bogart on screen. Swoon), there are many lessons to be learned from her life. She succeeded and excelled despite her hardships early in life, she took roles that were risky, and she looked great doing it. Audrey is a fashion icon to this day and inspires many designers visions, but once reading about her life she will become an idol worth looking up to. There is only one Audrey Hepburn. The Snooki's, and Paris's will fade away but Audrey will live on in the minds, hearts, and clothes of future generations.
