"The climactic end to the Rose Gold series."
Climactic is one way to put it.
I adore Nina and Zola. Their story is everything. All the feels. ALL OF THEM!!! Their fighting, their downfall. Losing it all and winning it all back. Going down swinging and never without a fight.
I love that the book is written in the dual POV and we get to see things from both of their eyes. I've just barely finished their story and I need more.
It's the perfect ending for this couple but I need more, haha!
Nina and Zola finally get what they deserve...happiness <3

I have been, and continue to be, a Zola groupie! I just love the way this author weaves her words, so delicate and precise, into this beautiful tapestry that you can see and feel. The littlest details are what makes this story shine above the rest for me. I could SEE Mattie in his Fedora, dressed to the 9's taking pride in his vintage clothes as he's walking through the streets of New York. Its good to see Nina get everything squared away, she really is coming into her own in this one and it was really rewarding to see her growth throughout. This was the perfect ending for these two, so much had to happen for them to be happy, I love that they had to work for it and I loved the crime story that continued throughout. An overall great read and a great and much needed escape!

This was such an amazing ending to such a great series. I’ve been dying for this book and was not disappointed in the least. This book makes you feel all the emotions and packs a punch. There were so many ups and downs in this book and it kept me glued to the pages for the moment when everything would be okay and they weren’t fighting all the circumstances keeping them apart. Once I started this book I could not put it down.

Can I just say Nicole always come through with her writing even though she make us wait for the continuation of the story

Still think Nina is a fucking idiot. If you're rich and have no fear of your husband taking your daughter away from you then you have NO excuse not to get out of an abusive relationship. There is literally no reason in this book for her to not get out of her shitty marriage. I honestly just think the only reason she was in one was so that there could be a "good" story there. Instead, we're made to feel sorry for an abused wife who CHOSE not to leave her husband. There are sooo many legit reasons why women don't leave abusive partners and she had none.
