Mixed bag for me. I really enjoyed parts of this book but others fell flat for me and I didn't really think it was a thriller in the typical sense. It made some strong comments about societal views on women surrounding managing and choosing careers, love, friendships, children and general expectations that were very on point.

If you like secrets and drama between friends and discussions around the difficulties of being a woman arising from social expectations in your thriller, you will probably like this and heart hitting lines such as "women cannot have a dissatisfying life" (I admit that hit me in the feels). That said, I read thrillers to be entertained and I don't like them going deep, so I am mad at this one 😂

Definitely not for me...A book were "besties" are having affairs with each others husbands...soap opera right here...if you are into this kinda thing...I just could...imperfect women is the perfect title!
