3.5 stars! Cute and quirky!! A fun light and easy read, listened via audiobook. Definitely made me think about society as a whole and the unspoken “rules” we have that are expected to be followed

A fun little novela but it goes absolutely nowhere. Such an underwhelming ending. Would have been an excellent short story.

An easy, quick read, but I wouldn’t consider this enjoyable. A good reflection on the way most cultures view single women as they get older, and it’s infuriating. Shiraha’s existence just made me so mad I rushed to get through the book so he would go away.

That was great nothing not to love. I’ve been wanting to read this ever since it came out. But now really was the right time for me to read this. I don’t really know what to say, I love how this woman doesn’t care about other people and just lives the life she wants even if that means she’s “different”. I love how the story was surprising. I wouldn’t really say it’s my favourite but there was no reason to give it any less than 5 stars I enjoyed it nothing annoyed me and I just really liked the story.
