These books are very insta love so if that bothers you, this series is not for you. However, they are well written and quick reads.
I want to hang out with Tate. She’s hysterical.
I love that both the H and the h have loved and lost. They have a real understanding about what the other has been through. I love that they can talk to one another about their previous lives without jealousy or fear.
I would have liked more with Brax but since he is so little it wasn’t really necessary.

This was a fantastic story. That had a prologue that just about ripped my heart out!! And hooked me in, so much so I could not put this book down. And it's honestly the best Southside Gallo book so far, and that's saying something as they are all brilliant.

And if you don't laugh, cry and fall in love with Angelo, Tilly, Tate and Brax there is something seriously wrong with you.

Would definitely recommend.

I was super psyched to realize that this was Angelo's book - It was his time to lead one.

I fell in love with Angelo back in book one, Maneuver, and watched him on the sidelines come across as this stoic, quiet guy, which he is, but Bliss adds on to that depth and provides all the backstory here that makes Angelo, who he is.

The man has layers! Layers of the kind that honestly I wouldn't mind being a part of. He's funny, caring, thoughtful, and inherently fun and sexy without realizing it, which is ok because Tilly, the MC, gets to discover much of that with him.

They both have some tragedy that initially brought them together to be friends, but honestly, the chemistry that was coming off of the page,s it was going to happen, and by IT, I mean the romance! With a capital "R" if I may say so.

Angelo is by far my favorite Gallo, and I am a tad jealous of Tilly. That's a problem since she's fictional, and he's fictional, but there it is.

That warning at the front of the book about tissues? Don't ignore it. I didn't even get through the prologue without crying! And the letters and dreams? OMG they had me sobbing. This is Chelle Bliss at her emotion wrenching best.

I really wasn't sure whether to read this or not, I loved the original series but didn't quite connect with Maneuver. It wasn't bad, but just not as amazing as I'm used to from Chelle Bliss. However this was back to the full of character, emotion packed and engaging story that I've come to expect. I now need to go back and read Flow!

Angelo and Tilly have both suffered devastating loss. A loss so cruel it has left them broken, struggling and unable to contemplate loving anyone else. That is until they meet each other and find someone who understands them in a way no-one else does, not even their closest friends and family.

"Are we too broken to be together?" I whisper with my eyes locked with his.
He shakes his head and brushes his lips against my forehead. "I think we're too broken for other people, but together, we're whole."

Both characters are really well written, this is a Hero and heroine who you can really fall in love with. Then there is Tate who really adds an extra zing to the book. I was gripped from start to the end of this book. The writing flows smoothly, the pace is engaging and the story is just a delight to read, even if it is repeatedly through tears.

It's a very slow burn story, which suits the plot and characters perfectly, though once it gets going boy does it get hot! The chemistry between Tilly and Angelo was both intense and scorching, especially the cake frosting scene. I totally believed in their growing connection and feelings and was absolutely invested in them as a couple. This is a really amazing book and one I'm only too happy to recommend.

Even though I cried reading it, it was almost cathartic for me. There are times during grief and the following years after losing someone, especially to a disease like cancer, that something as simple as snow falling (that will always get me) will catch you off guard and it just punches you in the gut making you feel that pain all over again... even though that time it may not be as hard of a punch.

That is what this book was at the beginning - a good solid punch to the gut...

I love how Chelle gave such a realistic telling of finding love after loss, while still honoring those they lost. Bliss wrote this story in such a way that you cannot help smiling through your tears and having your heart slowly put back together in such a joyous way. Tate was a shining star in this journey and I got some great giggles at her parts. I love getting to see how the family has continued to grow and what they have to look forward to.

ALL THE STARS for ALL THE FEELS!!!!
When you can't even get through the prologue because you have tears streaming down your face, you know this book is going to RUIN you! Angelo's book is one that I have been waiting for since meeting him in Maneuver and I knew it would not be an easy one....because knowing his story means knowing his devastation and his heartbreak. Angelo and Tilly's story was one that gripped me, mesmerized me and had me spellbound from beginning to end. Their story is filled with heartache and loss but so much more....a second chance to love, to live, to find another that can and is willing to make you whole again. You will cry, you will laugh and you will cry some more but count on one adorable little girl to leave you smiling.....I promise! I am a fan of Chelle and have read every Gallo book she's written but this story....this is the one, the one that left me breathless, the one that will always come to mind when asked which Gallo is my favorite. Take a chance on this beautiful story about finding love again and try to tell me it's not your FAVORITE!
