Very good erotic novel. The construct of the cards was jettisoned at the right point, but served as a great plot device. The leads were pleasant and believable.

I liked this book. The sexy scenes were so amazing. I needed more of them. I did feel that the ending was a bit rushed. There was some emotional parts in the story that were unexpected but added depth to the storyline. I may read the second book.

This is so much more than erotica. It starts like that but it gets deeper and more complex the further it gets.
I love Alyssa and Harrison’s relationship even if it is rocky at times. I love that they go through so much together and I love that they fight to stay together.
The plot of this book is so much more than what I first expected. It’s the story of surviving loss and falling in love again. It’s simply a beautiful story with an erotic twist and I loved every minute of it.

Widow finds hot monkey sex and then love.
I really enjoyed this book and had a hard time putting it down, but I'm torn between 3 and 4 stars (so let's call my rating a 3.5).
I liked that Alyssa was a widow. It put an interesting emotional spin on the story. But it's only told from her perspective and it leaves Harrison too undeveloped for me. I really wanted more from him.

Started in hardcopy but wasn't really getting into it, so tried it on audio, and it was much better. Cute semi-hate to love story with some serious backstory/undertones. Looking forward to book 2!
