I've been drowning in angsty reads lately and needed a quick fun read to slow my roll. This fit the bill to a T. It was short by my reading standards but with plenty of laughs as we watch Aiden sit through one horrible, yet hilarious date after another. All the while sexy bartender Liam witnesses each of these doomed dates and is always there to provide commentary, a drink, or a flirty wink. Although the book was short it does provide a 1 year later epilogue to give a glimpse of their relationship so I would def place this in the HEA category and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this for someone looking for a cute christmas read.

Cute and fun. I laughed out loud throughout this whole book. The characters were dynamic and so great for being so short. I enjoyed going on each date with Aiden, cheering him on.
Will look for other work from these authors in the future.

I knew pretty much exactly where this story was going to end up from the first time Aiden and Liam met. That predictability might seem like a weakness, but in this case the journey was absolutely as fun as the destination. I loved watching them get to their happy ending just as much as the sweet conclusion once they got there. The bad dates were amusing, but the easy chemistry between them had me "awwww"-ing out loud.
As a side note, I couldn't help casting Chelsea as Chelsea Peretti in my head, which I think made all her scenes even better. She's a great friend/sidekick/wingwoman, and I adored her.
It may technically be after Christmas now, but this was the perfect sweet story to wrap up the season.

5⭐️ Adorable, sweet, and funny Christmas novella about going through a lot of bad dates in order to find the perfect one. Loved the characters, the writing, and the plot. Super cute.

This might very well be the perfect Christmas romance. The light humor was everywhere while still keeping the hot tension alive. The characters were so real and down to earth and perfect for each other. It was so romantic and funny, I can't get over how much I enjoyed this book. If you feel like a Christmas romance go grab some hot cocoa, curl up with this book, and prepare for the magic to overtake you.

It was ok, the characters had good chemistry I only wasn't fond of the overall meddling friend and of the epilogue, maybe because I read too many of them but it's just too cliche of an ending

I really just thought this cover was so cute and had no expectations when I started this book. I was so pleasantly surprised. It was a super sweet, laugh out loud story. Aiden is awkward. We all need a Chelsea and Liam in our lives!!

This was so utterly cute and adorable and suuuuper funny!!! I loved it!
Liam is looking for someone to take to his firms Christmas party to keep him distracted from his ex being there…with someone else.
So his best friend is setting him up on a date each day for him to find the perfect guy.
Only they are all catastrophic disasters.
I laughed so hard reading this! The second chapter already made me laugh out loud!
It was kind of very predictable what was going to happen in the end, but it didn’t take the fun for me at all.
I was rooting so hard for Aiden and I loved the ending.
It was the perfect quick holiday read, super romantic.
