I've always enjoyed Finder's books and his hero Nick Heller. In this adventure Heller is true to his heroic yet down to earth character and burrows into the veil behind a large drug company's successful burying of damning research on one of its most successful drugs. It's a fast read.

House on Fire by Joseph Finder is book number 4 in the Nick Heller series. I didn’t know this book was part of a series before I read it. Probably I would have liked it more if I had read the first three books first. I found this book quite boring even though I didn’t guess whodunnit. It was quite strange in the book to have a meme explained but then also reference Abloh Off White sneakers.

A winner right here! House on Fire is the best of Nick Heller, a fantastic thriller and I can only wish his series will be an annual treat. Love the characters and woah, I didn't see that coming.

Good book. Could've been a few pages shorter,as some things were overly repetitive.
Overall an enjoyable drama/mystery.
This review will be posted on Amazon as well.

I really enjoyed House on Fire by Joseph Finder. This was a great read during this quarantine period. It provided the needed escape and thrills I was looking for. I can’t wait to read more by Finder.

This was the best book within this series, so far. Nick Heller is growing on me as a character. He is not perfect. The reader will sometimes tell him NOT to do something, thinking it isn't the best thing to do...and it turns out correct, but if the reader was to have full power over the protagonist...it would truly be a boring book.

I like that he doesn't always make the best choices. At times, he is too close to the problem and he gets caught up in the drama that is going on around him.

I am looking forward to the next book that will hopefully be coming out in this series.

Big fan of the Nick Heller series and House on Fire is another winner by Joseph Finder. Thoroughly enjoyed the intrigue, deception, treachery and rich family dynamics. Fun story that kept me guessing until the very end. Check it out, you won't be disappointed.
